Affordable Payment Options
At Orthodontic Associates, we aim to give you great value for a reasonable price.
Orthodontic treatment shouldn’t break the bank, so we’ll help you find the payment plan that fits your budget.
How Much Do Braces Cost?
Your orthodontic treatment cost will vary depending on the complexity of your case. Our team will help determine the best payment plan based on your needs, but you'll see a range of payment options after a quick credit approval.
Orthodontic fees generally range from $1,575 to $2,960 for Phase 1 treatment and $4,460 to $5,960 for a two-year comprehensive case, or Phase II.
We use Program Pricing which means our fees are comprehensive and include our entire orthodontic program regardless of how long treatment takes. There are no additional charges for extended treatment time, orthodontic emergency visits, etc.
We'll give you an exact quote at your free orthodontic consultation, and your fee includes:
- Our entire orthodontic program
- Diagnostic records
- Treatment plans
- Orthodontic appliances
- All follow-up visits
Note: Our cost does not include visits to your family dentist or other dental specialists.
What We Need From You
We accept most Florida insurance plans as part of our commitment to making a great smile as affordable as possible.
Our Orthodontic Associates team can help you determine your insurance coverage.
If your insurance covers any portion of your orthodontic treatment, we’ll help you discover your benefits before you even come to your first free visit.
Typical Payment Plan Options
For illustration, we assume that you’ll wear braces for two years (comprehensive treatment or Phase II) and that the total case fee is $5,280.
- Pay your total fee upfront and enjoy a $200 discount!
- Put 30% down and pay the balance over 20 months:
- $1,584 down and 184.80 over 20 months. No interest charge.
- Place a down payment of less than 30% (dependent upon credit approval) and pay the balance over 20 months.
- Other credit options may be available through an outside funding source.
- If you have orthodontic insurance coverage, we will gladly add that benefit into the calculation.
